Experience the Forest and Nature in a new way… the healing way of Shinrin Yoku or Forest Therapy.
Through a series of invitations, you will be guided into a deeper relationship with the land, the trees, water and many other elements of this bioregion. We will spend focused, intentional time meandering along a forested trail opening ourselves to a full sensory experience, stopping along the way to share our discoveries in council. This mindful practice of nature immersion opens us to lasting and proven benefits that enhance body, mind, and spirit.

This Forest Therapy walk will be an experience of presence that has the potential to become your ‘go to’ stress relief practice and so much more.

Forest Therapy is a research-based framework for supporting healing and wellness through immersion in forests and other natural environments.

Mary Alice is a certified guide with the leading global voice for forest bathing and forest therapy, the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides.
